When you contact us through our inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, the address where the puppy will live, your selected puppy, and your message. We also receive information you choose to send in subsequent emails. Please avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to respond to questions, discuss puppy availability and adoption arrangements, and provide ongoing support. We aim to respond as soon as possible. We also stay in contact with adoptive families to follow up on the family and the puppy’s wellbeing.
We do not use inquiry information for marketing emails.
Delivery arrangements
When delivery is arranged, we share the receiver information needed for delivery with the delivery agency. Information provided to that agency is also subject to its own privacy practices.

We keep inquiry and adoption correspondence for reference, ongoing communication with adoptive families, and follow-up support. We do not currently apply a fixed deletion period to this correspondence.
